LIFESTYLE AS MEDICINE
Nutrition, physical activity, mental well-being, relationships and sleep all greatly influence your thoughts, emotions and behaviors. We will examine choices made in the 167 hours you spend each week outside of the therapy room.

TREATMENT METHODS
The therapeutic approach will only ever be evidence-based. Treatment may be subject to change to reflect the current most up-to-date research.

ENVIRONMENT
We strive to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere and often use humor with clients. You should feel comfortable to share your inner thoughts and safe enough to explore them together.

SESSIONS
Therapy is typically once a week for 50 minutes. There is no one size fits all approach so sessions are collaborative and personalized to you. Longer sessions are available upon request.

FAITH-FREE
Religious beliefs will never inform the services we provide.

HOLISTIC & SOMATIC
Breath and bodywork are incorporated into sessions to explore how emotions or traumas can get stuck in the body.
