Taylor Paputseanos, LMFTA

WHAT BROUGHT ME HERE?

My desire to help others has been present since before I can remember. I have always been the person friends and family turned to—a listening ear, a steady source of support—so stepping into a career focused on guiding others felt natural. My experience studying Psychology solidified my path, confirming that helping others navigate their emotions and experiences wasn’t just something I was good at—it was what I was meant to do.

WHY SHOULD YOU WORK WITH ME?

You aren't sure what’s next—just that something has to change. Maybe old wounds are resurfacing and showing up in your relationships, your reactions, or how hard it is to stay grounded in your own body. You might be stuck in overthinking, struggling to trust yourself, or feeling disconnected from the people you care about. I offer therapy that is real, compassionate, and focused on what actually helps.
